Druk International Shito Ryu Karate Association (or “DISKA”) is a unique form of martial arts that developed in the refugee camps of the Bhutan/Nepal border! Since being resettled in the United States, Bhutanese Americans have kept this art form alive and are now using it to teach discipline, respect, and integrity to a new generation of young people. The Memorial Drive gym offers a great space for their karate lessons every weekend!
